There are lots of FREE activities and shows for people to enjoy to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen, being on the throne for 70 years! Don’t miss out on this very special occasion which will never happen again in our life time. We have FREE donkey rides, FREE face painting, funfair rides, FREE punch & Judy shows, FREE magic shows, FREE balloon modelling, FREE Jubilee Hunt, a massive Jubilee Market plus much more! Also, NEW for 2022! We have FREE circus shows, FREE circus workshops, FREE Jubilee photo booth, FREE bouncy acrobatic stilt walking shows and stilt walking Queen Guards!

For the first time in over 2 years, we will also be opening Colne Town Hall for tours of the building

sory Committee has developed an online survey as an easy way for residents and businesses to give their feedback on the draft Design Codes during the consultation period, which finishes on 19th February.  The link to the survey will be shared on the Town Council’s website and via its social media channels.

Extra-ordinary Full Council Meeting

It has been reported that the Blues festival has been axed. This is incorrect. The decision made at the Council Meeting this week was to discontinue holding a Blues Festival in its current form. It was also resolved to hold a revamped and revised festival at the August Bank Holiday weekend 2022.
