Colne Town Council presents The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in Colne!

On Thursday 2nd June 2022, Colne Town Council will hold its Queen’s Platinum Jubilee event in Colne.

There are lots of FREE activities and shows for people to enjoy to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen, being on the throne for 70 years! Don’t miss out on this very special occasion which will never happen again in our life time. We have FREE donkey rides, FREE face painting, funfair rides, FREE punch & Judy shows, FREE magic shows, FREE balloon modelling, FREE Jubilee Hunt, a massive Jubilee Market plus much more! Also, NEW for 2022! We have FREE circus shows, FREE circus workshops, FREE Jubilee photo booth, FREE bouncy acrobatic stilt walking shows and stilt walking Queen Guards!

For the first time in over 2 years, we will also be opening Colne Town Hall for tours of the building with Freeman of the Town, Geoff Crambie, as well as FREE refreshments available too!

Colne Town Council’s Events, Facilities & Administration Officer, Mr Nathan Cutler, said, “What a brilliant line-up of activities we have for everyone to enjoy, the team have been working extremely hard to bring so many NEW shows and activities to Colne, so don’t miss out!”
