A new community hub was launched on Thursday 26th March to co-ordinate support for Pendle’s most vulnerable residents during the coronavirus outbreak.

Pendle Community Support Hub has been created for residents without a circle of friends or family nearby to help them.

The services being offered include:
• advice on where to get food
• help with shopping
• support for mental health issues
• dog walking
• collecting prescriptions
• dealing with social isolation and loneliness
• financial and debt advice.

If you, or a vulnerable person you know, need help:
• call (01282) 661743
• email [email protected]
• fill in an online form via www.pendle.gov.uk/communitysupporthub
The phone lines will be open 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Organisations, businesses, groups and individuals who can provide help and services will be identified to support those who need practical and emotional support.

If you or your community group or business would like to join our efforts for the new Pendle Community Support Hub:
• email [email protected]
• fill in our offer of help form via Community Support Hub
If we can match your offer of support we’ll be in touch.
