Colne Town Council is excited, for the fourth year, to be able to offer catering pitches at the Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival.

All tender forms must be returned to the above address by 4pm on Friday 31st January 2020 in a plain A4 envelope, addressed as above, and marked in capital letters at the bottom “blues festival catering tender”
