Colne is in Final of the Great British High Street Awards!
We are up against just two other towns: Chipping Norton and Helmsley. The Public Votes makes up 50% of the marks awarded, so get voting and nudge other Colners to do so!
Great British High Street judges will visit Colne sometime in mid-November and the Town Council’s Events Committee, which is chaired by Cllr Sutcliffe, will discuss how best to impress them at its next meeting on 12th October.
Colne Town Centre Forum entered the competition, but were supported by Colne Town Council councillors, who helped write the bid document. We are delighted Colne has got this far!
