With Colne remaining in Tier 3, no physical meetings on the draft Neighbourhood Plan can now take place.  The Colne Town Council Working Group has therefore scheduled three additional sessions, in addition to the general Neighbourhood Plan Zoom session which will be held this Saturday (5th) at 11 am.

The newly announced sessions are:

  • Rural Policies – Wednesday 9th December @ 6pm
  • Business Policies – Monday 14th December @ 6pm
  • The Whole Plan – Thursday 17th December @ 6pm

Please e-mail: [email protected] to register to join these sessions and you will be sent a link.  The deadline for all submissions on the Plan to be received is 5 pm on 8th January.

Chairman of the Working Group, Cllr. Sarah Cockburn-Price, commented: “I am so grateful to those who have joined our Zoom sessions so far. Absolutely everyone who has attended has added something we will incorporate into our draft Plan. There are new heritage sites, community facilities and valued green spaces all being added thanks to input from the public. We need as much support as possible if our draft Plan is to pass both inspection and referendum, so please join our Zoom sessions and fill in our feedback form.”
