Visitors will also be able to enjoy live performances from the Barnoldswick Brass Band throughout the day.

Colne Town Council’s Events Officer, Mr. Nathan Cutler, said: “We are so excited to hold our first event of 2026. We delivered some fantastic events throughout 2025 and we are looking forward to bringing even more brilliant events to Colne this year. Easter is the perfect way to start our busy events calendar, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Colne for a day full of fun. We’ve worked hard to ensure there is a wide range of activities for families to enjoy without worrying about the usual associated costs.”

Alongside the entertainment, the event will also feature a large Easter market with over 45 traders, offering a variety of handmade goods, gifts, street food and sweet treats. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of funfair rides and live music performances throughout the day from the brilliant Ally & Joe and Soul Gravy.

Mrs. Gill McIvor, CEO of Farmhouse Biscuits said: “We are delighted to support Easter in Colne once again. It’s a fantastic event that brings families together and creates a brilliant atmosphere in the town.”

The event has become a firm favourite in Colne’s annual events calendar, attracting thousands of visitors to the town centre each year. Colne Town Council hopes the celebration will once again bring the town together while encouraging visitors to explore and support local businesses.
