Finance and Administration Manager to oversee the office administration and to support and advise the Responsible Finance Officer, in preparing financial information for the running of a busy and aspirational Town Council.

30 hours per week- Salary: £17,500 to £19,500 per annum depending on experience. (Full Time Equivalent of £23,333 to £26,000) – we will consider flexible working hours for the right candidate.

The Finance and Administration Manager (FAM) is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive/Responsible Finance Officer (CEO/RFO) with the financial planning and operating of Colne Town Council.

The successful candidate will be the head of administration and oversee the day to day management of the Colne Town Hall Office. The FAM will support the CEO/RFO in providing detailed financial guidance as to the availability of financial resources in line with Policy as determined by the Council.
