Halloween in Colne – Cancelled

It is with heaviness in our hearts that we announce that after much deliberation and taking into consideration the Government’s advice, Colne Town Council has chosen to cancel Hallowe’en in Colne in 2020. We are hoping that in 2021 Colne Town Council will return with a full and exciting event schedule.
